Details

When: Monday Nights at 6pm for 8 weeks starting October 5th and ending the Monday before Thanksgiving.

Investment: $40/session all materials included and no art or energy (reiki) experience necessary.

Where: The Center for Spiritual Living (we share a parking lot with them.)

Why:

Because that caseload/ classroom is heavy and there is a way to align your nervous system to fully release whatever no longer serves you.

Because our work can feel isolating but it doesn't have to be that way.

Because self-care is something we actually need to be practicing not just prescribing to others.

Because investing in yourself is a business expense AND it benefits the greater good.

Because a well regulated nervous system frees us to be more present, open, and creates opportunities that align with our values as we expand our gifts into the community.

LDS Deconstruction Group

This religious trauma processing group is specifically for people who have left the Latter‑day Saints or Mormons. This group is a supportive, therapist‑led space where participants can safely explore the emotional, relational, and identity impacts of leaving the faith. The group focuses on rebuilding trust in oneself, unpacking high‑control conditioning and thinking, healing shame, and strengthening personal autonomy while connecting with others who share similar lived experiences. It offers structured discussion, grounding tools and resources to help members move from survival to a renewed sense of self.

We meet on Monday evenings at 5:30pm at our office:

10480 W Garverdale Ct Suite 802 in Boise.

This group is led by Aimee Christensen, LCPC.

Investment: $50/session.
