What are the benefits?

Joining IHC means you are joining a group of local clinicians who are likeminded, holistic, and integrative in their approaches to the work of counseling and mental health. While you will operate your own private practice and have full autonomy over your schedule and fees, you will share costs where it matters: rent, marketing, and having a group presence in the community at local events like: Boise Pride Festival and the annual St Luke's Cancer Institute conference to name a few. With this comes a natural and consistent referral source as well as a built in consultation group. If you are needing help getting your private practice off the ground, we can coach and consult. If you are needing supervision to test into your LCPC, we can supervise. This is a space for your business to expand into whatever you want it to be while remaining grounded and connected in community. You will be added to our website, and your email will be with us as well.

What are we looking for?

LPC, LCPC, LCSW, and LMSW's, PhD's and PsyD's are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is designed for those who are looking into private practice while sharing operating costs and working at marketing as a community to further everyone's practice.

Those who already have fully telehealth practices, or a practice location somewhere else in Idaho, and are licensed in the state of Idaho can become a member and share in the marketing.

We have several office space options open for those who want to be a part of our physical office space. More details coming soon.

What are we seeking to create with IHC?

Idaho Healing Collective was founded with the idea that we can thrive in private practice without feeling isolated. We can collaborate without losing autonomy. We can make ourselves known in our communities when we join forces. We have done our time at agencies and group practices where we worked to fill other people's pockets. And we felt like leaving those places would isolate us even further.

This is not the case with IHC. Everyone is operating their own business, and we can coach you on how to do this if that's what you need. We have a built in consultation and referral network that shares operating costs and marketing materials because there is great strength in joining forces without sacrificing your bottom line or your sanity. We don't think you need another boss. We also don't think you need another required meeting that could have been an email. We want to provide you with the tools to expand your practice into new areas of personal and professional growth.

Do you want to create an online community and/or groups?

We have that technology and we can make that happen.

Do you want to move into leading retreats and intensives? Sure, let's talk and see if we can make that happen as a group. Want to Podcast? Yes! Let’s do it. We already have the technology.

We can also offer supervision for those LPC's who are looking to test into their LCPC. And we want to offer a supportive place to consult regularly on cases as well as coaching/consulting on starting your private practice.
